Thermoforming Packaging Machine,it is a full automatic machinery with all functions of forming sealing cutting,with vacuumizing or nitrogen filling.
It uses all kinds of heat-sealing film or aluminium film,transparent or opaque, printed or unprinted film,flexible or rigid,to automatic pack your products.The films will become soft and be shaped as per the die shape under heating and air pressure(positive&negative) in the forming chamber,some cases an auxiliary mould(plug) will assist the shaping process.The whole process is under precisely control of PLC,continuously and automatically.
1. The human-machine interface allows for easy parameter setting and alarm display.
2. Photoelectric tracking can be installed, and color film or light film can be selected for packaging to reduce costs.
3. Adopting a combination mold for easy replacement.
4. An automatic coding system can be equipped according to user packaging requirements.
5. The vacuum pump has good quality, high vacuum degree, stable and reliable quality.
6. Adopting a clip on chain, suitable for stretching and forming various thicknesses of soft film, hard film, and semi hard film for packaging.
7. Adopting a transverse and longitudinal cutting system for easy replacement operation;
8. It can be equipped with a waste recycling system for edge angles to maintain environmental hygiene.
